Kaisheng Glass Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as Glass Holdings) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kaisheng Technology Group. It is the power generation glass business platform of Kaisheng Technology Group and is managed by Kaisheng New Energy Co., Ltd. Power glass is a key new energy material cultivated by China National Building Materials Group. Glass Holdings will fully leverage its capabilities in research and development, technology transformation, and engineering services throughout the entire industry chain to accelerate the development of the power glass industry.

According to the relevant work requirements of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, China National Building Materials Group, and Kaisheng Technology Group, in order to further strengthen the market-oriented selection and employment mechanism, broaden the selection and employment channels, and promote the reform of the three systems, we are now publicly recruiting for the management position of Glass Holdings. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

1、 Recruitment principles

3、 Basic requirements for employment

4、 Job Responsibilities

(1) General Manager of Glass Holdings

a. To oversee the overall production and operation management of the company;

b. Conduct research on the development trends and technological innovations in the power glass industry, formulate and adjust development and business strategies for power glass, and organize their implementation after approval;

c. Organize and coordinate major production and operation management issues of member enterprises;

d. Draft the company's annual business plan, financing plan, investment plan, and external investment plan, and organize their implementation after approval;

e. Draft the company's financial budget and final settlement plan, profit distribution and loss recovery plan, employee compensation plan, and internal management structure establishment plan, and organize their implementation after approval;

f. Draft the basic management system of the company and formulate specific rules and regulations of the company;

g. Other tasks arranged by the executive director or shareholders.

(2) Vice General Manager of Glass Holdings

a. Under the leadership of the general manager, assist the general manager in managing the business within the scope of his/her responsibilities, and organize the implementation of shareholder resolutions;

b. Assist the general manager in formulating work plans and business plans within the scope of responsibilities, and organize their implementation;     

c. Attend the general manager's office meeting, propose decision-making opinions, and organize the implementation of relevant resolutions formed during the meeting;

d. Coordinate, inspect, and supervise the work of the department in charge, and issue relevant business documents within the scope of responsibilities;

e. Provide suggestions on personnel matters such as the selection and dismissal of personnel in charge of the business scope;

f. Implement other tasks assigned by the general manager.

5、 Qualifications for the position

(1) General Manager of Glass Holdings

a. Have accumulated more than 15 years of work experience in enterprises or relevant work experience in scientific research and development, business management, marketing, party building, etc;

b. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or above and be no older than 55 years old. Those who are particularly outstanding may have their qualifications relaxed appropriately;

c. Familiar with the situation of the power glass industry, master the professional knowledge of power glass, and be familiar with the power glass business.

(2) Vice General Manager of Glass Holdings

a. Have accumulated more than 10 years of work experience in enterprises or relevant work experience in scientific research and development, business management, marketing, etc;

b. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or above and be no older than 50 years old. Those who are particularly outstanding may have their qualifications relaxed appropriately;

c. Familiar with the situation of the power glass industry and related business of power glass.
