Bidders must have independent legal personality and possess (1) management system certification certificate and ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification certificate; (2) The Class III pressure vessel design and manufacturing license (but not limited to) issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of LNG storage tanks.
