Tender Announcement for Greening of Ultra Thin Display Substrate Project
1. Luobo Group Luoyang Longhai Electronic Glass Co., Ltd. cordially invites your company (unit) to bid for the greening project of the production line factory area of the company's ultra-thin display substrate project in accordance with the requirements of this bidding document.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders:
2.1 Bidders must have independent legal personality and a valid three in one business license;
2.2 The bidder shall appoint a project manager who holds an intermediate or higher professional title certificate.
2.3 The authorized principal and the proposed project manager for this project shall be a formal employee of the bidder's unit and provide the original labor contract.
2.4 The bidder's financial operation is in good condition and must provide an audit report issued by a third-party auditing agency for the year 2017. If the negotiation respondent has been established for less than a year, they must provide financial statements (including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) from the date of establishment to September 2018;
2.5 Proof of tax and social security contributions made by the enterprise (for any month since January 1, 2016, starting from the date of establishment for newly established enterprises);
2.6 This project does not accept consortium participation.
3. This bidding document shall be collected from Luoyang Longhai Electronic Glass Co., Ltd. of Luobo Group before 12:00 on October 25, 2018.
Bring with you: (1) a copy of the business license; (2) Copy of tax registration certificate; (Three in one certificate is not required) (3) Corporate identity certificate or corporate authorization letter and trustee's ID card; (4) Proof of tax and social security payment by the enterprise (for any month since January 1, 2016, starting from the date of establishment for newly established enterprises); (5) Intermediate or above professional title certificate for project manager.
Note: All the above-mentioned documents require the original documents to be presented for verification during registration, and a set of copies stamped with the official seal of the unit must be kept. For those who have been issued a three in one business license, only the business license is required.
